Shipping policy

Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be prepared and shipped. 

If items arrive to you broken/shattered, please IMMEDIATELY take photos of the damaged items in their original packaging, and send the photo(s) via email within 48 hours of the product's arrival.

Once an email has been sent, please immediately discard damaged products.

TO ENSURE THAT BODILY INJURIES WILL NOT OCCUR, PLEASE DO NOT SALVAGE ANY BROKEN/SHATTERED PRODUCT! DISCARD IMMEDIATELY AFTER PHOTOS HAVE BEEN TAKEN!
