To ensure a positive experience for everyone, we have established a set of guidelines that all customers are expected to follow during their visit. This code of conduct is designed to promote respect, safety, and enjoyment for all individuals within our spa.

Guest + Children
At V. Estell Beauty & Wellness, we strive to provide a safe and relaxing environment for all clients. To ensure the best experience, we kindly ask that children and additional guests not receiving services remain at home. Thank you for understanding and helping us maintain a peaceful space for everyone!
Clients Under 18
Children 12 and up may be serviced with parental consent.
This EXCLUDES Brazilian/Bikini waxing.
Right to Refuse
At V. Estell Beauty & Wellness, we are committed to maintaining a safe, professional, and respectful environment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose behavior or circumstances compromise the comfort, safety, or well-being of our clients or staff. Thank you for your understanding.
Final Sale
All sales on services and gift cards are final. Due to the commitment of time, resources, and personalized care provided, we do not offer refunds. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for supporting our business.

Cancellations
At V. Estell Beauty & Wellness, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service cost.
This fee covers the canceled or rescheduled appointment only and will not be applied to a future appointment. All cancellation or rescheduling fees must be paid in full within 24 hours of incurrence to maintain your status as a client.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best service to all of our clients.
No Call/No Show
At V. Estell Beauty & Wellness, we have a strict no-call, no-show policy to ensure fair scheduling for all clients. If you fail to show up for your appointment without notifying us, 50% of the service cost will be charged to your card on file.
Please note that this fee covers the missed appointment and will not go toward a new appointment. Additionally, no-call, no-show fees must be paid in full within 24 hours to maintain your status as a client.

Late Arrival
At V. Estell Beauty & Wellness, we value our clients’ time and strive to provide the best experience for everyone. We offer a 5-minute grace period for all appointments. If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible to confirm whether we can still accommodate your appointment.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will need to reschedule, and a 50% charge of the originally scheduled service will apply. This fee must be paid within 24 hours and before booking a new appointment to maintain your status as being an client. Please note that this fee covers the missed appointment and will not be applied to future services.
