Typically, all sales are FINAL! However, we understand that things do happen. To make our customers feel valued, our team will investigate any concerns with V. Estell Beauty & Wellness products further. If we determine that the product is defective in any way, an exchange/replacement may be offered at the company’s discretion.

V. Estell Beauty & Wellness is not responsible for products melting during transit due to excessive heat. Although the texture of the butter will change with melting, all ingredients and moisturizing benefits are still the same.
